# Orders Report

The Orders Report shows revenue, order volumes and average order value over time. It is the quickest way for the merchant to see how the store is trading, and to link straight through to any order that needs attention.

### What the Report Shows

Each row is a single order placed on the store.

* **Order Number** - the number the store assigned to the order.
* **Order Reference** - the reference used on the customer's confirmation and correspondence.
* **Store** - the store the order was placed on. This is useful when the merchant runs more than one store.
* **Placed On** - the date the order was placed.
* **Total (incl)** - the value of the order including tax.
* **Customer** - the customer who placed the order.
* **Address** - the delivery or collection address captured at checkout.
* **Order Status** - where the order sits in the fulfilment process.
* **Payment Status** - whether payment has been received.
* **Shipping Status** - whether the order has been dispatched or collected.
* **Items** - the number of items on the order.
