Promo Codes Report

The Promo Codes Report lists the promo codes created on the store and shows who has redeemed them. It lets the merchant measure whether a campaign actually drove orders, and see the value each code has given away.

What the Report Shows

• Reference - the reference for the promo code.

• Store - the store the code applies to.

• Name - the name given to the code.

• Valid From - the date the code becomes usable.

• Valid To - the date the code expires.

• Value - the discount the code carries.

• Status - whether the code is currently active.

• Customer - the customer who redeemed the code.

• Used On - the date it was redeemed.

• Order Number - the order the code was applied to.

• Customer Status - the status of the customer's account.

How to Access the Promo Codes Report

1. Click on Reports in the left-hand menu

2. Click on Promo Codes Report

Exporting

Click Export to download the report as a spreadsheet.
