Subscribers Report
The Subscribers Report lists everyone who has signed up to the store's mailing list and shows whether they are still subscribed. It is the report to use before sending a campaign, so the merchant knows who they are allowed to contact.
What the Report Shows
Date Joined - the date the customer subscribed.
Name - the subscriber's name.
Email - the email address the customer subscribed with.
Store - the store the customer subscribed on.
Contact Number - the subscriber's telephone number.
Subscription Status - whether the customer is still subscribed or has opted out.
Contact Status - whether the subscriber can currently be contacted.
How to Access the Subscribers Report
Click on Reports in the left-hand menu
Click on Subscribers Report
Exporting
Click Export to download the report as a spreadsheet.
