Voucher Usage Report
The Voucher Usage Report lists the gift vouchers that have been redeemed and how much of each voucher has been used. It lets the merchant see what a voucher was spent on, and how much value is still outstanding on it.
What the Report Shows
Order Number - the order the voucher was redeemed against.
Reference - the reference for that order.
Date - the date the voucher was used.
Store - the store the voucher was redeemed on.
Customer - the customer who redeemed the voucher.
Account - the account the redemption is linked to.
Order Total - the full value of the order.
Gift Voucher Total - how much of the order was paid for with the voucher.
Outstanding - the balance on the order still to be paid by another method.
Status - the status of the order.
Voucher Code - the code the customer redeemed.
Voucher Value - the value the voucher was issued for.
Uses - how many times the voucher has been used.
Voucher Value Remaining - the value still left on the voucher.
How to Access the Voucher Usage Report
Click on Reports in the left-hand menu
Click on Voucher Usage Report
Exporting
Click Export to download the report as a spreadsheet.
