# Aramex

Aramex is a courier integration. Once it is enabled and configured, the store can quote Aramex delivery rates at checkout and hand orders over to Aramex for collection, rather than the merchant working out delivery costs themselves.

The merchant needs an existing Aramex account to use this method. The credentials below are supplied by Aramex.

### Configuration

#### Account Details

* **Username** and **Password** - the credentials for the merchant's Aramex account.
* **Account Number** - the Aramex account the store's shipments are billed to.

#### Sender Details

These details identify the merchant as the sender on the waybill, and are used by the driver when arranging collection.

* **Sender Name** - the business name shipments are sent under.
* **Sender Contact Person** - who Aramex should ask for on collection.
* **Sender Contact Number** and **Sender Email** - how Aramex reaches the merchant about a collection.

#### Collection Address

The address Aramex collects from. This is made up of up to four address lines, plus the suburb or city, the province or state, and the postal code. It should be the address where parcels are physically packed and ready for collection.

#### Sandbox Mode

Sandbox Mode lets the merchant test the integration without creating real shipments or incurring charges. Switch Sandbox Mode off when the store goes live, otherwise real orders will not reach Aramex.

### How to Enable Aramex

1. Click on the store you would like to configure
2. Click on Shipping
3. Click Enable under Aramex
4. Click on Configuration
