Badge default styles

This setting lets you set default colours and shape for product badges once, instead of setting colours on every individual badge. See the Badges guide for how badges themselves are created.

How to Get There

1. Select the store you would like to update.

2. Click on Manage Store Settings underneath Settings.

3. Open Catalogue & Products.

4. Open the Badge default styles section.

Default Styles

Field	Description
Color	Enables a default text colour applied to badges that don't set their own colour.
Background	Enables a default background colour applied to badges that don't set their own background.

Optional Styles

Field	Description
Height	Enables a default height applied to badges.
Width	Enables a default width applied to badges.
Line Height	Enables a default line-height applied to badges.

Badges work best when they are used sparingly. If everything carries a badge, none of them stand out.

Saving

Changes on this page are saved automatically as you toggle each option — there is no separate Save button to click.
