Warehouses
Warehouses & Branches
Warehouses are the locations where your stock is physically held. Setting them up allows stock to be tracked per location rather than as a single pooled figure — this matters as soon as you hold stock in more than one place.
Branches are the store-locator entries (physical stores or pickup points) that appear on your storefront's locator widget. Each branch can have its own address, contact details, map coordinates, operating hours, and links to one or more of your warehouses.
This guide walks through creating a warehouse, linking it to a store, and adding a branch.

Setting Up a Warehouse
Location
Name
Yes
The name used to identify the warehouse.
Vendor

How to Add a Warehouse
Click on System at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Click on Warehouses.
Click to create a new warehouse.
Enter the name and, if applicable, the vendor.
Enter the address for the location.
Click Save.
Note: Stock levels are recorded per warehouse. The Stock Level Report shows the resulting quantities across the catalogue.
Linking a Warehouse to a Store
A store can draw stock from more than one warehouse. This setting controls which of your warehouses a particular store uses — a warehouse must be linked to a store before it can fulfil that store's orders or be selected for a branch (see below).
How to Configure Warehouses for a Store
Select the store you would like to update.
Click on Manage Store Settings underneath Settings.
Open Catalogue & Products.
Open the Warehouses section.
Under Linked warehouses, choose the warehouse(s) this store draws stock from using the Add warehouse to this store dropdown, then click Add Warehouse.
Select which linked location should be the default for checkout and display when no location is specified.
Save your changes.
Branches
Branches define the physical stores or pickup points that appear on your storefront's store locator widget. Each branch can have an address, contact details, map coordinates, operating hours, and one or more linked warehouses — no additional widget configuration is needed for these to display.

Operating Hours
Set the branch's trading hours using one or more of the following:
Every week on a day — a recurring weekly slot for a chosen day, with a start and end time (or marked Closed).
On a public holiday — hours (or closure) for a selected public holiday.
On one specific date — hours (or closure) for a single calendar date.
Advanced operating hours entry — switch this on to type opening hours as free text instead of picking them per day.
Linked Warehouse
Link one or more warehouses to the branch to indicate which stock location(s) serve it. Only warehouses already linked to the store (see above) are available to select. An optional delivery message can be added per linked warehouse (e.g. "Delivery 3–5 business days").
How to Add a Branch
Select the store you would like to update.
Click on Manage Store Settings underneath Settings.
Open Catalogue & Products.
Open the Warehouses section and scroll to Branch locator.
Click Add branch.
Enter the branch's name, address, phone and email.
Optionally set map coordinates, a description, an image URL, and operating hours.
Under Add warehouse to this branch, select a linked warehouse and click Add to associate it with the branch (repeat for additional warehouses).
Click Add at the bottom of the branch form to save the branch.
Note: If a warehouse you expect doesn't appear in the Add warehouse to this branch dropdown, confirm it has been linked to the store first (see Linking a Warehouse to a Store above) — only warehouses linked to the store are available to branches.
