Corporate form fields

Controls which details a business customer is asked for when registering as a company, and which of those they must complete before registration succeeds.

Corporate registrations usually need more information than individual ones, such as a company registration number, a VAT number or a trading name for invoicing. This is where you decide what to ask for.

How It Works

Each field has two controls:

• Whether the field is shown on the corporate registration form at all.

• Whether the field is required, meaning registration cannot be completed without it.

How to Update Corporate Form Fields

1. Click on the store you want to update

2. Click on Manage Store Settings underneath Settings

3. Open Customer Accounts & Sign-Up

4. Open the Corporate form fields section

5. Switch on the fields you want shown on the corporate registration form

6. For each field shown, choose whether it is required to complete registration

7. Save your changes

8. Open your storefront and start a corporate registration to confirm the form matches what you set

Corporate form fields are available to stores with corporate accounts enabled. If you do not see this section, it is not included in your plan.
