Checkout fields

Controls which details are captured from the shopper during checkout.

There is a trade-off worth keeping in mind. Every extra field is another reason for a shopper to abandon their order, so it is worth collecting only what you genuinely need to fulfil and invoice the order.

How to Configure Checkout Fields

1. Select the store you would like to update

2. Click on Manage Store Settings underneath Settings

3. Open Shopping Experience

4. Open the Checkout fields section

5. Choose which fields are captured

6. Save your changes

Details collected when a shopper registers are set separately under Customer Accounts & Sign-Up.
