# Contact information

The contact details customers use to reach your support team. These are shown on the storefront so shoppers know how to get hold of you before and after they order.

### Settings

* **Phone number** - the number customers can call.
* **Email address** - the address customer queries are sent to.

### How to Update Your Contact Information

1. Select the store you would like to update
2. Click on Manage Store Settings underneath Settings
3. Open Store Identity
4. Open the Contact information section
5. Update the phone number and email address
6. Save your changes

This is the address shoppers see and write to. It is not the address your store sends email from, which is set under Notifications & Email.
