Activity Log

The Activity Log records what users have done in the back office. It gives the merchant a history of the changes made to their store and who made them.

It is most useful for answering questions after the fact: who changed a price, when a setting was altered, or which user removed a product.

How to View the Activity Log

1. Click on System at the bottom of the left-hand menu

2. Click on Activity Log

3. Review the activity recorded for your store

The Activity Log covers actions taken in the back office by your users. It is a record of administrative changes rather than of customer activity on the storefront. For customer behaviour, see the Reports Section.
