V8.001.001 - V8.001.004 - the Data Transfer Framework rebuilt

**Releases:** V8.001.001 - V8.001.004

The Data Transfer Framework, which handles bulk import and export, was rebuilt this month with a new interface. The app framework that later carries payment, shipping and third-party apps was also introduced.

## New features

* **App framework** - the foundation that lets apps be installed onto a store, which later payment, shipping and widget apps are built on.

## Enhancements

* **Data Transfer Framework rebuilt** - bulk import and export was rebuilt with a clearer interface and a simpler structure.
* **Product images by address** - product pictures can now be imported by giving their web address, instead of uploading each file.
* **Zone content** - zone content was rebuilt for this generation of the platform, including pattern matching for where zones appear.
