V8.005.005 - V8.006.001 - caching and catalogue improvements

A quieter month, with work on how storefront pages are cached and on the data available to customised storefronts.

## Enhancements

* **Page caching** - storefront caching was brought fully under the platform's own control, so cached pages clear reliably when you make a change.
* **Enquiry products on listing pages** - whether a product is enquiry only is now available to the storefront, so it can be reflected on filter and product pages in a customised theme.
* **Price lists** - added validation when listing price lists for a store, preventing errors where the store reference was not valid.
