# Major Performance Improvements to Data Transfer Framework (DTF)

The DTF has been reworked to perform much better when importing large volumes of data (products, prices, etc.). Improvements include proper batching, faster lookups, better bulk processing, refined entity tracking, enhanced delta processing, and improved sitemap handling.
