Fixed backoffice validation toast notifications covering the Apps, Cache, and Profile buttons in the top right of the page, then further adjusted the toast styling so alerts no longer display over any clickable buttons.

This includes:

• Initial fix so toast notifications no longer cover the Apps, Cache, and Profile buttons

• Follow-up adjustment so toast notification styling never displays over any clickable buttons
