App Uninstall Functionality (Coming Soon)

Added app uninstall functionality to the backoffice, including a confirmation dialog before uninstalling; the option remains hidden in the UI until developer support is available.

This includes:

• Uninstall button added to the backoffice (hidden until developer support is available)

• Confirmation dialog added before uninstalling an app

• The uninstall option itself remains hidden in the UI for now
