V8.010.006 - V8.011.001 - checkout and sign-in fixes

Fixes to checkout and sign-in, with the framework upgrade work continuing behind the scenes.

## Enhancements

* **Checkout addresses** - fixed an address being created incorrectly when a customer entered one at checkout.
* **Microsoft Entra sign-in** - fixed a verification step that was preventing some customers signing in.
* **Product screen** - fixed a problem on the product administration page.
* **Platform groundwork** - the framework upgrade work continued across the catalogue, pricing, promotions, payments, shipping, themes and content areas. No change to how the store is used.
