A quieter month focused on order numbering, pricing and payment security.

Enhancements

Document numbering - order and document numbers now keep their existing prefix where one is already in use, rather than being renumbered.
Markup on price imports - the pricing import now carries markup and published columns, so pricing can be set fully in bulk.
Price list cloning - fixed cloning a price list not copying its products across.
Payment security - added a server address check on PayFast notifications that had been missed when this protection was introduced in November.
Content visibility - content pages now correctly respect the setting requiring a customer to be signed in.
Customer groups - added the ability to update a customer group's status.
