V8.005.001 - V8.005.004 - markup management for supplier imports

Markup management arrived for merchants importing supplier price lists, so selling prices can be derived automatically rather than set by hand.

## New features

* **Markup management for imports** - a dedicated section for controlling how markups are applied to products brought in from a supplier import, so selling prices are calculated for you.

## Enhancements

* **Store footer** - fixed stores displaying our copyright notice in the footer rather than the merchant's own.
* **Payment security** - added passphrase support on PayFast payments for stronger verification.
* **Store API for apps** - apps and the client libraries can now authenticate against the Store API, not just the Admin API.
