V8.003.009 - V8.003.012 - a new payment provider

A new payment provider was added, and the store's email templates were restyled.

## New features

* **LNDR payment provider** - added as a payment option at checkout.

## Enhancements

* **Email styling** - the store's email templates were restyled for a cleaner, more consistent look.
* **Order confirmation to merchants** - fixed the merchant order confirmation not being sent when a payment was taken.
* **Category sitemaps** - corrected how category entries are written to the sitemap.
* **Filter robustness** - the storefront no longer errors when an unexpected filter is used in a link.
