Delivery Address Validation Against Selected Branch

Added the ability to configure delivery address validation against a selected branch in the backoffice; customers now see a warning at checkout if their delivery address is too far from the selected branch.

This includes:

• Configurable delivery address validation against a selected branch (backoffice)

• Customer-facing warning at checkout when the address is too far from the branch
