V8.009.002 - V8.009.009 - performance work across the storefront

A month of performance and stability work, alongside continued groundwork for the platform's framework upgrade.

## Enhancements

* **Sitemap performance** - the sitemap no longer loads everything into memory at once, which reduces the load it places on a store with a large catalogue.
* **Image loading on the storefront** - fixed image sliders behaving inconsistently as images finished loading.
* **Discounts and sign-in** - fixed an error when signing in or out while a discount was applied to the cart.
* **New store setup** - fixed an error that could occur when a request arrived for a store that had not finished being created.
* **Platform groundwork** - continued restructuring in preparation for the framework upgrade. No change to how the store is used.
