# Removal of Old OE commerce 7 Themes on OE Commerce 8

Old **SF7 themes** are no longer shown as installable options in OE Commerce.

**Benefits for you**

* **Fewer theme issues**: You won’t accidentally install older, incompatible themes.
* **More stability**: Reduces layout and styling problems caused by outdated theme technology.
* **Future‑proofing**: Keeps your store on modern, supported SF8-ready themes, which are better aligned with new features and improvements.
