Account Approval for Individual Accounts

Fixed individual account registrations not being held for approval when approval was switched on.

This includes:

• Individual registrations now held as pending when approval is required

How it benefits the Merchant

If you require new accounts to be approved, that control was not being applied to individual registrations, so those customers could use the store immediately. Approval now applies as configured.

A: Under Store Settings > Customer Accounts & Sign-Up > Sign-up fields, using the Approval setting. You can choose which account types require approval and who is notified.
