# Payment Details on Merchant Invoice Emails

The invoice email sent to merchants now includes the payment details for the order.

**This includes:**

* Payment details for the order shown on the invoice email sent to your team

**How it benefits the Merchant**

Previously, seeing how an order had been paid meant opening the order in the back office. The payment details now arrive with the email, so whoever processes orders can see what was paid and by what method without stopping to look it up. That is particularly useful where orders are handled by someone working from their inbox.

Q: Does the customer see these details too?

A: No. This change applies to the invoice email sent to merchants.

Q: How do I control who receives this email?

A: Under Store Settings > Notifications & Email > Merchant emails, where you choose which notifications are sent and to which address.
