# Your Profile Menu

The profile menu sits in the top right of the back office header, behind your profile picture. It is where you manage your own details, move between subscriptions and sign out.

Click your profile picture to open it. If you have not set a picture, a placeholder avatar is shown instead.

### Your Profile

The top of the menu shows the name and email address on your account, along with an **Edit profile** link. Use this to update your own user details.

This is your personal user profile. It is not the same as your store details, which are set per store under Store Settings.

### Switching Between Subscriptions

Below your profile is a **Subscriptions** list. A subscription is a separate OrderEazi Commerce account, with its own stores, catalogue, orders and settings.

Most merchants are linked to a single subscription, and will simply see it listed here marked as **Current**. Nothing needs to be done.

If you are linked to more than one, for example where you manage separate businesses or trading entities, you can move between them from this menu:

1. Click your profile picture in the top right
2. Find the subscription you want under Subscriptions
3. Click it

The back office reloads into the subscription you chose. Everything you then see, including stores, products, orders and reports, belongs to that subscription.

Where you are linked to more than five subscriptions, the list is replaced by a searchable dropdown so you can type to find the one you need rather than scrolling.

{% hint style="info" %}
The subscription you switch to is remembered, so the next time you sign in you arrive back in the one you were last working in.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Before making changes, check which subscription is marked as Current. Changes such as editing a product or processing an order apply to the subscription you are currently in.
{% endhint %}

### Signing Out

The **Logout** button at the bottom of the menu signs you out of the back office. Signing out is worth doing on any shared or public computer.
