# Product Reviews

The Product Reviews page is where you can view and moderate the reviews customers have left on your product pages. From here you can see what product a review was left on, its rating out of 5, the written review if the customer left one, which store it was submitted on, and the date it was written.

### Viewing Reviews

1. Click on **Catalogue > Product Reviews**.
2. Use the **Search** box to find reviews by product name, customer, or review content.
3. Use **More Filters** to narrow the list by:

| Filter | Description                                                       |
| ------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Status | Show only reviews that are Pending, Approved, Rejected or Hidden. |
| Rating | Show only reviews with a specific star rating, from 0.50 to 5.00. |
| Store  | Show only reviews left on one or more specific stores.            |

4. Use **Sort** to order the list by Date, Name or Rating, ascending or descending.

**Note:** Click **Clear All Filters** to reset the list, or **Done** to close the filter panel and apply your selection.

### Moderating a Review

Each review has an action menu (the **⋮** icon at the end of its row) with the following options:

| Action  | Description                                                                                                                                   |
| ------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Approve | Publishes the review so it's visible on the product page.                                                                                     |
| Reject  | Marks the review as rejected; it will not display on the storefront.                                                                          |
| Hide    | Removes an already-approved review from view without rejecting it outright.                                                                   |
| Reply   | Opens a box to write a public reply that customers will see under the review. Leave the reply box empty and save to remove an existing reply. |

To moderate a review:

1. Click on **Catalogue > Product Reviews**.
2. Find the review you want to action, using search, filters or sort if needed.
3. Click the **⋮** action menu at the end of the review's row.
4. Choose **Approve**, **Reject** or **Hide** to change its status, or choose **Reply** to write a public response, then click **Save reply**.

**Note:** Reviews can be turned on or off for a store entirely under **Store Settings > Catalogue & Products > Reviews**.
