Password Lock

The password lock allows a merchant to keep their online store closed off to the public. This may be due to the website still being built or because the merchant only wants specific clients to have access. The merchant can provide a password to their customers to gain access to the site. The Password Lock Section is where you can provide a custom message on the lock screen.

How to Update the Password Lock Message

  1. Select the Store you wish to update the password lock screen message

  2. Click on Manage Store Settings underneath Settings

  3. Navigate to Security and Privacy

  4. Click on Password Lock

  5. Enter the message you wish to display
